Myrikeep is provided by Covered On LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Myrikeep you agree to these terms. If you use Myrikeep for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to agree on its behalf.
Myrikeep is invite-only: accounts are created through an invitation to a workspace. You are responsible for what is done under your login, and workspace owners decide who is a member of their workspace.
Only use Myrikeep to scan systems and data you own or are authorised to scan. Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service or to other customers’ data. For the Test Drive, upload only sample data you are allowed to share with us.
You run the scanning agent inside your environment and are responsible for deploying, updating and securing it, and for having the rights to scan the data you point it at. We process the scan results as described in the Privacy Policy.
Myrikeep, including the service and the agent, is our property (and our licensors’). We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to run the agent image solely to use the service; you may not resell it or use it to build a competing service. The agent includes open-source components, which remain under their own licences — nothing in these terms limits the rights those licences give you. If your agreement includes a distributed agent build, that build is licensed to you under that agreement.
Myrikeep is free during the pilot. If we introduce paid plans, any fees will be as stated at purchase, and some premium features may require a paid plan. We will not charge you without telling you first.
During the pilot the service is provided “as is” and we do not promise a level of uptime. We may add, change or suspend features as the product develops.
Classification is automated: it can miss sensitive data, and it can flag things that turn out to be fine. It is a tool to help you find data, not a guarantee, and it is not legal or compliance advice.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for claims about the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 USD if you paid none. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You will cover us against claims that arise from your breach of these terms, including scanning systems you were not authorised to scan.
You can stop using Myrikeep at any time; email [email protected] to delete your account or workspace and its data, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.
If we change these terms we post the new version on this page with a new “last updated” date, and email account holders about material changes. If you keep using Myrikeep after a change, the new terms apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
